That's what I'm trying to find out! LOL. The monkey mind is not helping so I sit and observe. Little by little the mind becomes calm and a glimpse of my higher self comes to me. It's a life long journey to subdue the monkey mind and to be mindful but it’s the process that matters.

I'm an aspiring green designer to build a place where artists can live, work and perform while at the same time helping children around the world. I just returned from Laos overseeing the Jai Dee Children's Fund project. It was one of the best experience I ever had in my life.  I realized that spiritual journey is not to seek blissful experiences or go to love fest gatherings. It's about helping people without the guilt of needing to help or with judgement and do things that are out of my comfort zone.

I co-founded the Toronto Songwriters' Festival. This festival has two purposes 1) give songwriters a venue to showcase their talent and be noticed 2) the money raised from the event goes directly to helping children. A win-win combination!

Currently I'm taking the architecture certificate program at U of Ryerson. I work full time as a software developer for a very progressive company.
